Christian Mouttet
Christian Mouttet has been a driving force at Agostini since 2010, where he has served as Chairman. In addition to his leadership role here, he is the Chairman and CEO of Victor E. Mouttet Limited. and the Chairman of Prestige Holdings Limited. Christian’s deep expertise in corporate governance is demonstrated through his involvement in both the Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee and the Human Resources & Compensation Committee.

Francois N. Mouttet
A member of the Board since 2016, Francois Mouttet is the Executive Director of Vemco Limited. and Acado Trinidad Limited. His dynamic leadership has contributed to the growth and diversification of the Group’s consumer products portfolio.

Barry A. Davis
With an extensive background in finance and corporate management, Barry Davis has been a member of the Agostini board since 2007. He also holds directorships at RBC Investment Management (Caribbean) Limited, RBC Trust (Trinidad & Tobago) Company Limited, and RBC Merchant Bank (Caribbean) Limited. As CEO of Agostini, Barry leads the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring the delivery of sustainable growth and value.

Reyaz W. Ahamad
Reyaz Ahamad has been a longstanding contributor to Agostini success, having joined the board in 1996. He also serves as Chairman of Caribbean Finance Company Limited. and holds a directorship at Southern Sales & Services Limited. His vast expertise in finance and business management strengthens the company’s leadership.


Roger A. Farah
Roger Farah has been a Non-Executive Director at Agostini since 2010. He also serves as CEO and Director of Collins Limited. in Barbados. Roger’s leadership extends to enhancing the company’s regional presence, especially within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Wayne A. I. Frederick MD MBA
A respected leader in education and healthcare, Dr. Wayne Frederick joined the board in 2023. He is the former President of Howard University. His broad expertise in healthcare management brings a fresh perspective to Agostini pharmaceutical and healthcare operations.


Amalia L. Maharaj
Amalia Maharaj has been a Board member since 2019 and serves as a Partner at Pollonais Blanc De la Bastide & Jacelon. She also holds a directorship at InvesTT Limited. Amalia’s extensive legal expertise bolsters Agostini focus on compliance and governance.
Mrs. Sirju-Ramnarine
Mrs. Sirju-Ramnarine recently assumed the position of President of NGC Green Company Limited, after spending 18 years at Atlantic LNG Company Limited, where she last served as Vice President – Corporate Operations & Transformation. Throughout her career, she has held various directorships in the fields of engineering, dispute resolution, finance and at the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago, where she also served as its President. Mrs. Sirju-Ramnarine is a qualified Chemical Engineer from the University of the West Indies. She also holds an MSc in International Management from Kings College, University of London.


Lisa M. Mackenzie
With over two decades of experience, Lisa Mackenzie brings a wealth of knowledge in finance and governance to the Agostini board. She serves as the Finance Director at Access & Security Solutions Limited. and holds directorships at Scotiabank T&T Limited. and Scotialife T&T Limited. Lisa has been part of the board since 2004, where she contributes valuable insight into financial management and corporate governance.
Joanna Banks
Joanna Banks joined the Agostini board in 2021, bringing with her extensive experience in investment and corporate strategy. She is currently the CEO of Panjam Investment Limited in Jamaica, where she leads major investment initiatives. Gregor Nassief, CEO of Cerca Technology, has been a vital part of the Agostini Board since 2012. His leadership and business acumen in the technology sector have been invaluable to the Group’s ongoing evolution in the Caribbean market.

Nadia James-Reyes Tineo
Nadia James-Reyes Tineo has served as the Group’s Company Secretary since 2019. Her legal expertise is instrumental in guiding Agostini’s governance framework. She is also the Deputy Chairman of the Estate Management and Business Development Company Limited (EMBD), where she oversees legal and corporate matters.
